Terms of use

These terms are between you and Teeranan Nongnual, an individual developer in Thailand who makes Likit ("we"). By using the Likit app or likit.cc you agree to them. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

What Likit is

Likit lets you write by hand on PDF files. Notes mode works on your own device and sends nothing to our server. Exam and Labbook modes let a teacher run a class: publish exams and lab notebooks, follow an exam room live, collect answer papers, grade them and give them back.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account from a school or university. Keep it to yourself; what is done with your account is your responsibility.
• Use your real name and, if asked, your real student ID, so your work reaches the right teacher.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the web (how).

Using Likit fairly

You agree not to:

• sit an exam for someone else, or let someone else sit yours;
• try to get round the exam lock, reach another person's work, or change a sealed answer paper or its receipt;
• upload files you have no right to share, or anything unlawful;
• overload, probe or attack the service, or copy it by automated means;
• use Likit in a way that breaks your school's rules or the law.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Exams and what the app records

• During an exam the device reports whether the exam screen is locked, when the app is left and for how long, and whether a screenshot or recording was made (see the privacy policy). This is information for the proctor and the teacher. It does not by itself prove misconduct: decisions about an exam are made by the teacher and the school under their own rules, not by Likit.
• When you seal an answer paper, Likit gives you a receipt. Keep it: it is how you and your teacher can show which paper was handed in.

Teachers and schools

• A teacher who creates a class is responsible for its content, for who is invited, and for using students' work under the school's rules.
• Grades, including drafts from an AI assistant the teacher chooses to use, are the teacher's decision. Students see only what the teacher returns.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store, copy and show it only as needed to run Likit for you and the class you share it with, including backups. Work is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Prices

Likit is free during its pilot. If paid plans are offered, the price and what it includes are shown in the app before you pay. Purchases in the app are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms, including their rules on cancellation and refunds.

Availability

We work to keep Likit running and to keep backups, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; for an exam, plan with the school what to do if a device or the network fails.

Liability

Likit is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by devices, networks, third-party services, or the way a class is run. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Thai consumer law that cannot be limited.

Apple and Google

If you got Likit from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Likit or for supporting it.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page changes with them, and important changes are also shown in the app. You may stop using Likit at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and you will be able to export your work before it closes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Likit คืออะไร

Likit ใช้เขียนลายมือบนไฟล์ PDF โหมด Notes ทำงานในเครื่องของคุณเองและไม่ส่งอะไรขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์ โหมดข้อสอบและ Labbook ให้อาจารย์จัดการคลาส เผยแพร่ข้อสอบและสมุดปฏิบัติการ ติดตามห้องสอบแบบสด รวบรวมกระดาษคำตอบ ตรวจ และคืนให้นิสิต

บัญชีของคุณ

• เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google ของโรงเรียนหรือมหาวิทยาลัย อย่าให้ผู้อื่นใช้บัญชีของคุณ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นผ่านบัญชีของคุณเป็นความรับผิดชอบของคุณ
• ใช้ชื่อจริง และรหัสนิสิตจริงเมื่อระบบขอ เพื่อให้งานถึงอาจารย์ถูกคน
• ลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อ ในแอปหรือบนเว็บ (วิธีลบ)

การใช้งานอย่างเป็นธรรม

คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่

• สอบแทนผู้อื่น หรือให้ผู้อื่นสอบแทน
• พยายามหลบเลี่ยงการล็อกหน้าจอสอบ เข้าถึงงานของผู้อื่น หรือแก้ไขกระดาษคำตอบที่ผนึกแล้วหรือใบยืนยันการส่ง
• อัปโหลดไฟล์ที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์เผยแพร่ หรือสิ่งที่ผิดกฎหมาย
• ทำให้ระบบทำงานหนักเกินควร เจาะระบบ โจมตี หรือคัดลอกบริการด้วยวิธีอัตโนมัติ
• ใช้ Likit ในทางที่ขัดต่อระเบียบของสถานศึกษาหรือกฎหมาย

เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ทำสิ่งเหล่านี้

การสอบและสิ่งที่แอปบันทึก

• ระหว่างสอบ เครื่องจะรายงานว่าหน้าจอสอบล็อกอยู่หรือไม่ ออกจากแอปเมื่อไรและนานเท่าไร และมีการถ่ายภาพหรือบันทึกหน้าจอหรือไม่ (ดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว) ข้อมูลนี้มีไว้ให้ผู้คุมสอบและอาจารย์ประกอบการพิจารณา ลำพังข้อมูลนี้ไม่ได้พิสูจน์ว่ามีการทุจริต การตัดสินเรื่องการสอบเป็นของอาจารย์และสถานศึกษาตามระเบียบของตน ไม่ใช่ของ Likit
• เมื่อผนึกกระดาษคำตอบ Likit จะให้ใบยืนยันการส่ง ควรเก็บไว้ เพราะเป็นหลักฐานที่คุณและอาจารย์ใช้ยืนยันว่าส่งกระดาษแผ่นไหน

อาจารย์และสถานศึกษา

• อาจารย์ที่สร้างคลาสรับผิดชอบเนื้อหาในคลาส การเชิญผู้เข้าร่วม และการใช้งานของนิสิตตามระเบียบของสถานศึกษา
• คะแนน รวมถึงร่างคะแนนจากผู้ช่วย AI ที่อาจารย์เลือกใช้ เป็นการตัดสินใจของอาจารย์ นิสิตเห็นเฉพาะสิ่งที่อาจารย์คืนให้

เนื้อหาของคุณ

สิ่งที่คุณเขียนและอัปโหลดยังเป็นของคุณ คุณอนุญาตให้เราเก็บ ทำสำเนา และแสดงเนื้อหานั้นเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บริการ Likit แก่คุณและคลาสที่คุณแบ่งปันด้วย รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูล งานจะถูกลบตามที่ระบุในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ราคา

Likit ใช้ฟรีในช่วงทดลอง หากมีแผนแบบชำระเงิน ราคาและสิ่งที่ได้จะแสดงในแอปก่อนชำระ การซื้อในแอปทำผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของร้านค้านั้น รวมถึงการยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน

ความพร้อมให้บริการ

เราพยายามให้ Likit ทำงานได้ต่อเนื่องและมีการสำรองข้อมูล แต่ไม่อาจรับประกันว่าจะใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลาหรือไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด สิ่งที่เสียไม่ได้ควรเก็บสำเนาไว้เอง สำหรับการสอบ ควรวางแผนร่วมกับสถานศึกษาว่าจะทำอย่างไรหากเครื่องหรือเครือข่ายขัดข้อง

ความรับผิด

Likit ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายต่อเนื่อง หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอุปกรณ์ เครือข่าย บริการของบุคคลที่สาม หรือวิธีดำเนินการของคลาส ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิของคุณตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของไทยที่ไม่อาจจำกัดได้

Apple และ Google

หากคุณได้ Likit มาจาก App Store ข้อกำหนดสัญญาอนุญาตมาตรฐานสำหรับแอปของ Apple ใช้บังคับด้วย Apple และ Google ไม่ได้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหรือผู้ให้การสนับสนุน Likit

การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการยุติ

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ โดยจะเปลี่ยนวันที่ด้านบนของหน้า และแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญในแอปด้วย คุณเลิกใช้ Likit ได้ทุกเมื่อ หากเราจะยุติบริการ จะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควร และคุณจะส่งออกงานของคุณได้ก่อนปิดบริการ
