Privacy policy
What is collected
- Account: your e-mail address and display name, used to identify you in a class and on answer sheets.
- Handwriting in exam and labbook mode: strokes, timestamps, page numbers, and photos you choose to place in a lab notebook.
- Files a teacher uploads: exam files and lab notebook templates.
- Minimal operational data: check-in times, submission state, and server error logs.
What is not collected
- Notes mode sends nothing to the server. Your own PDFs stay on your own drive; the app reads them through the system file picker and keeps a local cached copy on the device.
- No advertising, no third-party trackers, no sale of data.
- No access to contacts or location. Camera and photo access is used only when you add a photo to a lab notebook.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects and R2 as the infrastructure provider. All traffic uses HTTPS. Administrators access data only as needed to support the service.
Who can see it
- Students see only their own work.
- The class owner and proctors see the work of members of that class, according to their role.
- Nothing is disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
Retention and deletion
During testing, data is deleted when the test ends or on request. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through the support page. A class owner can delete a class and all work in it.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact the developer at the address on the support page.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
